Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Production begins only after payment is received. Goods will ship within the lead time specified at the time of order.

Currencies
Solmistudio prices all products in U.S. Dollars (USD). International customers are responsible for any bank fees and currency conversion charges.

International Orders
Orders shipping outside the United States do not include customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or import taxes. These will be charged by the destination country upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lead Times

All lead times correspond to the published lead times on the price sheet or product page. The lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become backordered or delayed. Custom projects require 12 weeks or more for completion. Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, size, and weight. Shipping fees are not included in the listed product price unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and receiving goods promptly.

In-Stock Items

A limited selection of pieces may be available as In Stock.
– Ships within ~5 business days.
– Quantities are limited and subject to change without notice.
– In-stock purchases are final sale; cancellations are not accepted.

Custom Orders

Custom sizes, finishes, or unique commissions must be placed directly through Solmistudio.
Custom orders require a minimum of 16 weeks and may carry additional fees depending on complexity.

Photography & Materials

Every effort is made to accurately represent materials, finishes, and color in our photography. Because most pieces are handmade and use natural materials, slight variation is normal and part of the work’s character.

Returns

Solmistudio does not offer refunds. Returns may be accepted within 10 business days for credit or exchange only, subject to:
– Items must be unused and in original packaging
– Customer covers all shipping costs
– A 15% restocking fee will apply
– No returns on custom, rush, in-stock, discounted, or special-order items (final sale)
Credits remain valid for 3 years.

Order Cancellations

– Standard orders: cancellation within 5 business days of order confirmation
– Custom orders: cancellation within 2 business days
– No cancellations after these windows

Credits remain valid for 3 years.

Warranty

Solmistudio warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship under normal use for 2 years from purchase by the original buyer.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, modification, or improper installation.
Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of noticing an issue.
Solmistudio may repair or replace the item at its discretion.
Customer is responsible for shipping items to the studio for inspection.

Damages

All claims for shipping damage must be documented in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
All original packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved.
Failure to preserve packaging may void the claim.
